Lets be honest if saving was easy we wouldn’t be stressed about the bills each month. Fortunately I learned how to use these 3 apps that automatically save your money for you. Once you get them going you can start to watch your money grow on autopilot. After awhile it starts to snowball and the results can be impressive. These apps not only save but invest your money for you as well. As we get into each one of these you can see our video directly below showcasing how each one works.
1. Acorns is a must have app that automatically saves your money and invests it for you. I have personally been using this app for the last 2 years with very good results. You can setup recurring deposits, or card roundups to put money into your account. From my own experience using it I have seen percent gains from 3-6 percent on my total account balance. This is pretty freaking awesome since its completely passive. It does cost $1 a month to use Acorns but that’s literally peanuts. You can get started here.
2. Our next best app that automatically saves you money is Digit. This app intelligently saves money based on whats available in your checking account. You create goals within Digit for saving, and it later withdraws money based on whats available. Its actually pretty freaking cool. You also get daily notifications on your phone to let you know how your finances are doing. Its also one of my favorite finance apps currently.
3. Our final selection goes to Robinhood. I have been using them for the last 3 years, and consider stock investing one of the best ways to grow your wealth. You can setup recurring deposits to flow money into your account, and later purchase stocks on some of your favorite companies. This will be more hands on but investing can actually be pretty fun once you get the hang of it.
