In our Doss Magicbox review we will be highlighting some of the many reasons this little speaker is a beast. We will also have some live footage of this speaker in action below as well. For anyone not familiar with Doss they have been know to make some of the best bluetooth speakers in the market for great price points. The Magicbox currently hovers around $15 dollars making it a great budget mini speaker, but its also packed with some great hi def sound.
1. The first thing we would like to go over is the build and design. It is a square sized speaker that weighs roughly 9 ounces. It has a smooth matte finish to the bottom of it, and along the sides has nice rubber grippers for holding. It also comes with a strap you can attach to just about anything.
2. The thing I really love about this speaker however is the led light up screen that changes colors as its in use. This is one of the coolest things I have seen on any mini speaker, and really adds to the aesthetic of it. The colors that light up are at random so you will have no control over what comes up at any given time. Even with that said its still a really cool feature.
3. Another great thing about the Doss Magicbox is that it will give you up to 8 hours of play time. It has a 1500mah build in battery that holds its own, and I have had no issues with bad battery life what so ever.
4. As far as overall usability this little speaker is tough. It can be used for indoors, outdoors, camping, travel, or just about any activity. It truly has a great build on it.
5. Last but not least lets get into the sound quality on the Doss Magicbox. For its size I was actually very impressed with how loud it was. Having this turned up to its max volume sounds fantastic with a high def sound. There was absolutely no fuzziness to it while I listened to video, and like we said you can see some of it in use in our video below. Its also very easy to pair with just about anything as well.
With some closing thoughts on our Doss Magicbox review we think this is an extremely great mini speaker. It has great high def sound, a great build, a price point that you really can’t beat, and one of the coolest led light up screens I have ever seen on any speaker. Its also very light weight and easy to carry around. To top things off it comes with a 1 year warranty which is another great reason to give this one a go. We definitely give the Doss Magicbox a big thumbs up!
