BetOnline vs BetUS – I’ve Used Both, I’d Choose This One

BetOnline and BetUS are two established gaming brands which makes it hard to choose which one to use. I will break down some of the reasons I prefer one over the other and which is the better long-term option to choose as a new player.

My Preferred Option: I prefer BetOnline over BetUS for its betting options, mobile experience, and overall ease of use.

BetOnline vs BetUS Overview

BetOnline vs BetUS

BetOnline is an offshore gaming site which launched in the early 2000’s. I started playing in early 2010’s and have logged in regularly since then for placing a bet on a game or loading up a slot. You can do sport betting, play slots, live dealer games, and deposit and withdraw via crypto.

BetUS is also an offshore gaming site that claims to have launched in 1994. That was a very long time ago which gives it a lot of credibility since it’s still around. Both sites have been long standing very a long time. You can do sport bets, play slots, live dealer games, and deposit and withdraw via crypto.

Bonuses & Promotions

BetOnline vs BetUS

This is where you really need to pay attention because both BetOnline and BetUS offer good welcome promotions but are structured differently.

BetOnline has a weaker promotion for new players with BetOnline currently offers new players a 50% first-deposit bonus worth up to $250 in Free Bets when using promo code FREE250. New players can also receive 100 Free Spins, distributed as 10 spins per day for 10 days. For example, depositing $100 would give you $50 in Sportsbook Free Bets.

BetUS has a much larger advertised welcome package. New players can receive a 125% bonus worth up to $3,125. This consists of a 100% Sportsbook Bonus up to $2,500 and an additional 25% Casino Bonus up to $625. A minimum of $100 deposit is required for the offer.

I always recommend looking at what the rollover or wagering requirements are attached to a bonus. And unfortunately, on BetUS comes with a very high 14x on sports and around 30-35x on casino games. Meaning you will have a much easier time clearing the bonus requirements on BetOnline even though the initial amount is a lot smaller.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Both sites are very similar and really push players to use cryptocurrency. And honestly there is nothing wrong with that. Sending cryptocurrency to fund your account is straight forward you just need a wallet you are good to go. Both sites accept a wide range of cryptos, but BetOnline is a bit more extensive with more options on the altcoin side.

BetOnline also provides faster withdrawal options. I’ve been paid as quickly as 15 minutes with them as opposed to BetUS where I’ve had to wait an hour or longer for my withdrawal to hit my wallet. It’s not that big of a deal, it’s just what I’ve dealt with using BetUS.

Using on Mobile

BetOnline vs BetUS

BetOnline and BetUS both work well on mobile, and you can access most of the same features you would find on a desktop. I do most of my sports betting from my phone, so having a site that is easy to navigate is important to me.

BetOnline has a clean mobile layout that makes it easy to find games, check odds, and get a bet placed quickly. You can move between different sports, live betting, the casino, and your account without having to dig through a bunch of menus. The bet slip is also easy to use when putting together parlays or adding multiple picks.

BetUS has a similar mobile setup. You can browse upcoming games, check live odds, place player props, and manage your account directly from your phone. It works well for anyone who doesn’t want to sit at a computer every time they want to place a bet. I don’t think the mobile experience alone should be the deciding factor between BetOnline and BetUS. Both are easy enough to use from a phone. Personally, I’m more familiar with BetOnline and prefer its layout, but neither site feels difficult to navigate on mobile.

My Experience Using BetOnline and BetUS

Over the years I’ve preferred BetOnline and have also won substantially more using them. I can’t say why that is for sure, but it could be better lines or better paying slot games. But I’ve also put in a lot more volume as opposed to on BetUS which I don’t log in as frequently.

I also think there is a reason for this. It’s probably that BetOnline looks cleaner and works better on mobile for most game formats. That’s why I instinctively use them more than BetUS. Which is why I would lean into using them.

Bottom Line

BetOnline is my overall preference because of the higher betting limits and game selection. Both sites cover a lot of the same things and have good signup bonuses, but BetOnline has more live dealer games, and a much bigger slot game library. I also prefer the withdrawal setup on BetOnline and have found the times to get paid to be much faster compared to BetUs. Using cryptocurrency is the main option on both sites but when it comes to speed BetOnline is the clear winner.

I would also say that betting and playing on mobile is also slightly better with BetOnline. It feels much smoother loading up a slot or placing a bet from within your browser which is something that can’t be overlooked. At least that’s the way I see it. Bottom line is that these brands have a lot of similarities, but BetOnline continues to be my preferred gaming site.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is BetOnline better than BetUS?

Both sportsbooks offer a large selection of sports, props, live betting, and promotions. I personally use BetOnline more often because I’m more familiar with the site and like the overall betting experience.

Which has the bigger bonus, BetOnline or BetUS?

BetUS currently advertises the larger maximum welcome bonus. However, I wouldn’t choose a sportsbook based on the headline bonus alone. Always look at rollover requirements and other terms before depositing.

Does BetOnline or BetUS have faster payouts?

Both sportsbooks offer multiple withdrawal methods, including cryptocurrency. Actual payout times can depend on the withdrawal method, account verification, and whether there are any bonus requirements remaining on the account.

Can I use BetOnline and BetUS on my phone?

Yes. Both sportsbooks have mobile-friendly platforms that let you check odds, place bets, use live betting, make deposits, and request withdrawals directly from your phone.

Can I have accounts at both BetOnline and BetUS?

Yes, provided you’re eligible to use each site. Having accounts at multiple sportsbooks can also make it easier to compare odds before placing a wager. I would still go for BetOnline first because it’s been my preferred option for awhile now.

Does BetOnline or BetUS offer casino games?

Yes. Both sites offer casino gambling in addition to sports betting, including slots, table games, and live dealer games.
